which impacts our production and shipping timelines. Please read this policy carefully to understand

2. PRODUCTION TIME
2.1 Processing Before Printing
Before your order enters the production queue on Printify:
Order Processing: 12-24 hours after purchase
Payment Verification: All payments must clear before production begins
Quality Check: Design verification to ensure correct specifications
Not Business Days: Order processing continues during weekends and holidays.
2.2 Production and Printing Timeline
Once your order enters Printify production:
Standard Production: 3-7 business days from order placement
Business Days Only: Production occurs Monday-Friday (excluding US holidays)
Complex Orders: Custom designs or bulk quantities may require additional time
Holiday Delays: Extended timelines during major holidays (notify customers)
2.3 Quality Assurance
Each item undergoes quality inspection before shipping
We conduct spot checks on print quality and colors
Defective items are reprinted at no cost
Quality assurance adds 1-2 business days to total timeline
IMPORTANT: Production time starts from when payment is successfully processed, not from order
date.

3.1 Standard Shipping (Continental USA)
Total Timeline: 10-21 business days (approximately 2-5 weeks)
Production time: 3-7 business days
Packaging and preparation: 1-2 business days
Transit time: 5-14 business days
Delivery: Standard USPS or UPS ground delivery

3.2 Expedited Shipping (Available)
Express Production: Available for rush orders (additional fee applies)
Rush processing: 1-2 business days
